We, at S.M. Davidson & Associates, understand every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than in how you choose to pay for our services. We’re committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms.

We offer several payment options upon engagement of services:
(1) Payment in full; OR
(2) Retainer of 50% with the remainder due and payable prior to release of work product; OR
(3) Net 14 calendar days upon appraisal review & acceptance of work product for our Lender customers.  In some instances, arrangements can be made for frequent lender customers of up to Net 30 Calendar days.
